MONSTER HIIT

Barbell or lifting weights not your thing? Get fit using body weight movements and functional fitness. Bring a friend, burn some calories and get involved.

POWER LIFTING

We welcome total beginners as well as top athletes to the three competition lifts, Squat, Bench and Deadlift. We break these down to the individual components of each movement, focusing on technique, consistency and trouble shooting niggles & obstacles in order to maximise your progress.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Specialist class to get the technique needed to be efficient under a barbell. the class includes lifts, strength & power drills to improve your overall lifting performance. Be warned this class is addictive.

OPEN GYM

A more relaxed environment where members can be responsible for their own training. These sessions are not coached, although there is always a trainer on hand to offer advice and keep an eye on safety.
